Life Insurance Business Development Manager

What role you will play in team: You’ll spearhead the growth of our life insurance partnerships and distribution channels, increasing market reach and penetration.

Key responsibility:

• Identify and assess potential partners for life insurance distribution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.

  Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and present reports on business development activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of life insurance industry and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in business development or sales (preferred).
