**Role Overview:**
As a Site Reliability Engineer - Intern at PhonePe Limited, you will be expected to possess knowledge in Linux/Unix Administration, networking, and a wide variety of open source technologies/tools and cloud services. Your role will focus on maintaining an always-up, always-available service by following best practices and IT operations. Strong English communication skills are essential, along with a background in Linux networking and working with MySQL. Additionally, you should have a working understanding of code and script, with preference given to Perl/Golang. Automation/configuration management using tools like saltstack is also a key aspect of the role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Possess knowledge in Linux/Unix Administration and networking
- Familiarity with a wide variety of open source technologies/tools and cloud services
- Implement best practices and IT operations for an always-up, always-available service
- Strong background in Linux networking (e.g., ip, iptables, ipsec)
- Work with MySQL and have a working understanding of code/script (e.g., Perl/Golang preferred)
- Utilize automation/configuration management using tools like saltstack or equivalent
