Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) who can teach primary classes with strong subject clarity, child-centered pedagogy, and effective classroom management.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach primary classes using activity-based and experiential learning methods
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials
• Build foundational concepts in English, Maths, EVS, and other primary subjects
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment
• Monitor individual student progress and maintain records
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic and behavioral updates
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and remedial classes as needed
• Participate in school events, assemblies, competitions, and trainings
• Collaborate with colleagues and coordinators for smooth curriculum delivery

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Ed / D.El.Ed / BTC / JBT

• Graduation in any stream
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
• Prior experience in primary teaching (preferred)
• Ability to handle young learners with patience and enthusiasm
