Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Engineer at Piazza Consulting Group in Hyderabad. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions, focusing on Large Language Models and natural language processing. Responsibilities include building and fine-tuning LLMs, integrating AI-driven solutions with business applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software. The role also involves staying ahead of AI advancements, optimizing model performance, and ensuring robust testing and debugging.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures
• Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development
• Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or C++
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers
• Knowledge of model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and embeddings
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying LLMs and AI models in production environments
• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI development
• Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI workloads
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for model lifecycle management
• Proven ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with excellent communication skills
