Job Description
- As a Senior Graphic Designer at Picklemonk Media, a DPIIT-registered startup in Chennai specializing in creating high-impact animated explainer videos and digital media solutions, you will be at the forefront of leading the creative team to bring innovative ideas to life. Your role will involve conceptualizing and executing visual content for various client projects, ensuring a high-quality final product that resonates with the brand's image and meets client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for client projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain visual consistency and brand alignment.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers.
- Create diverse content including social media graphics, infographics, digital ads, branding materials, and explainer video assets.
- Ensure timely project completion with the highest quality standards.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to infuse creativity into the team.
- Develop and uphold brand guidelines for design consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and social media design expertise.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch work.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is advantageous.
