Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Kolkata, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting the restaurants offerings to drive sales. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional service to enhance the customer experience. The role also involves assisting in marketing efforts, maintaining accurate records of sales, and offering suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
