Job Description
- The role of Digital Initiatives in Mumbai involves evaluating and implementing upcoming technologies such as OOTB eCommerce Marketplaces like Hybris and Magento, speech analytics, Martech tools, AR/VR platforms, middleware/API management tools, and SFAs. The candidate should also evangelize new digital technologies related to AR/VR, Metaverse, Blockchain, AI/ML use-cases, etc.
Responsibilities include managing the DXP roadmap for website transformation and experience projects, demonstrating expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, and experience in implementing eCommerce, web behavior, and Adobe analytics. The candidate will be expected to drive change management and adoption programs for new projects and processes enabled through digital initiatives.

Key requirements for the position include a good knowledge and experience with AEM, working on large-scale eCommerce implementations, and related integration for both D2C and 3rd party eCommerce players. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.,
