About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Personal Branding Strategist to own, manage, and aggressively scale the personal brand of our Founder. You will be the architect behind their digital presence, turning industry insights and daily learnings into compelling narratives across multiple formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Platform Management: Handle end-to-end content creation, scheduling, and community engagement for the Founder's LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram accounts.
- Content Production: Ideate, script, and oversee the production of high-quality video content for YouTube and Instagram Reels.
- Ghostwriting & Copywriting: Distill the Founder's thoughts and experiences into highly engaging, viral-worthy LinkedIn posts and Twitter/X threads.
- Growth Strategy: Analyze platform metrics to continuously refine the content strategy, maximizing reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Network Building: Actively engage with other industry leaders and creators online to foster digital relationships and collaborations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience managing and scaling personal brands for founders, C-level executives, or high-profile creators
- Deep understanding of the algorithms, formats, and best practices for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills are a strong plus
