Role Summary
The Sales Operations Leader will drive sales performance management, analytics, pipeline governance, and process optimization across global markets. This role ensures sales teams are equipped with data, tools, and processes to achieve revenue goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales reporting, CRM data hygiene, and pipeline visibility.
- Develop and track sales KPIs, conversion ratios, and forecasting accuracy.
- Support pricing governance, proposal review, and contract administration.
- Manage sales enablement tools (CRM, dashboards, trackers) and provide insights to leadership.
- Design sales performance dashboards and automate reporting workflows.
- Partner with Finance and HR on sales incentives and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales process discipline and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors in Business, Finance, or Analytics; MBA preferred.
- 1012 years experience in sales operations or business enablement, preferably in professional services or outsourcing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and reporting (Power BI, Excel, Tableau).
- Strong analytical mindset and process orientation.
- Excellent coordination skills across sales, finance, and delivery functions.
