CRM & Data Analysis Manager

Role Purpose:

In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our mission by driving sales and revenue through customer retention and acquisition. You will be expected to devise strategies to build deeper connections with existing customers, enable new customer acquisition and optimize conversion funnel.

Responsibilities we entrust you with:

• Lead the CRM strategy: Drive short & long term growth through integrated CRM strategy that focuses on customer & prospect engagement & retention.
• Ensure strategy alignment: Work closely with design, product, data and business teams to align CRM strategies.
• Create custom engagement journeys: Create segmented journeys for targeted and personalized marketing campaigns. Deliver ROI through continuous course correction.
• 
  Data management: Manage customer and prospect databases and ensure that they are available in a usable format. Ensure 100% data accuracy.
• Marketing automation: Identify opportunities to improve marketing automation. Leveraging the platforms capabilities to enhance customer experience and drive operational efficiencies.
• Set & achieve KPIs: Establish clear metrics to measure and optimise the impact of CRM initiatives. Ensure periodic reporting in user-friendly formats.
• Budget management: Manage and review CRM budgets
• Reporting: Ensure periodic & accurate reporting

What matters in this role:

• Proven track record of devising and implementing CRM strategies that achieved measurable results.
• Relevant experience in Ecommerce / Retail will be preferred.

  Get Hired
  Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI is expected.
• Years of work experience: 6 to 11 years of experience in CRM and data analysis
• Qualification: Preferably, Post Graduation in Statistics / Analytics.
