Vendor Risk Manager
Job Requirements:
- Develop, maintain and implement the Vendor risk management framework for the organization.
- Escalate threats, vendor risk issues, vendor performance issues to the senior management
- Conduct periodic vendor risk assessments and ensure risk assessments of vendors are timely completed
- Track status of potential vendor risk issues and report to senior management
- Leads the implementation of strategic changes within Vendor Risk domain
- Assess and review vendor performance against contractual commitments
- Ensure vendor performance is timely reviewed and performance related issues are taken up for action
- Foster vendor risk management awareness culture within the team and with the stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with the applicable regulatory guidance and directives on outsourcing risk
- Responsible for the global end to end vendor screening process, including
coordination of and collaboration with other risk groups, BCM, Information Security to ensure timely execution of all the relevant assessments
- Keep abreast of latest vendor risk management techniques and industry best practices.
Desired Experience:
- 10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years experience related to Vendor Risk Management

- Prior experience development and implementation of vendor risk management framework in FS industry is desired
- Demonstrated experience in developing or working with systems / automated
Supplier Management & supplier risk assessment solutions
- Experience with PA/ PG, NBFC, other financial services, or highly regulated industry preferred
