Role Overview

Finnacle Institute is looking for an experienced buy-side or sell-side finance professional to join us as a Visiting Faculty for our Financial Statement Analysis (FSA) module.

This role is ideal for working professionals who want to contribute to talent development while continuing their corporate careers.

The visiting faculty will deliver practical, case-study-driven financial statement analysis using real Indian company examples. The focus will be on helping learners connect financial statements with underlying business drivers, industry dynamics, and management decisions.

We have a dedicated content development team. The role primarily involves adding real-world industry perspective and delivering the content in an engaging and high-impact manner to aspiring

investors and analysts enrolled in our Finbridge and Finplus programs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver live sessions on Financial Statement Analysis using real Indian company case studies.

Help students link numbers to business drivers and strategic decisions.

Bring buy-side and sell-side perspectives into classroom discussions.

Engage, mentor, and guide students aspiring for careers in investment management and equity research.

Deliver sessions for Finbridge and Finplus programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

3 to 10+ years of experience in buy-side or sell-side roles, including equity research, PMS, AIFs, family offices, investment banking, valuation, or corporate finance.

Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and financial disclosures.

Ability to interpret financial statements in a business context, not just mechanical analysis

Comfortable explaining complex financial concepts in a clear, intuitive, and practical manner

Strong interest in teaching, mentoring, and developing future finance professionals

Remuneration

Compensation will be aligned with industry standards and based on experience.
