Job Description
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Handle calls, emails, and business correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and external partners
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain bookkeeping and financial records
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and expense reports
- Monitor company expenses and payments
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Support preparation of financial reports
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant and/or Accountant
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
