Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Qualifying Prospects: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet the ideal customer profile and readiness to engage with the sales team
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive intelligence
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize the lead qualification process
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our SaaS offerings to effectively communicate benefits and value propositions to prospects
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for lead generation and qualified opportunities
- experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, particularly in the SaaS or technology sector
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a desire to achieve targets and drive personal development in a fast-paced environment
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative independently
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Adaptive Mindset: Openness to feedback and willingness to learn and adapt strategies based on market feedback
