Executive - Production

1. Execution of solvent recovery plant as per the standard procedures and flowing instruction as per the HOD to meet the requirement of safety and quality and productivity.
2. Responsible for conducting new trial process and solvent loss reduction & Energy saving activities. Material balance calculations. Capacity enhancement and optimizing the resource consumption
3. To follow-up the instruction of Supervisor-Production and carry out shift production activities.
4. Ensure all the raw materials are kept ready for the batches and all batch sheets are filled properly.
5. Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices.
6. Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
7. Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors.
8. Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors
9. Attaining trainings and flowing activities as part of SOP.
10. Working on the solvent management to minimize the losses by identifying the gaps in the process and facility
11. Follow the cGMP & SOP activities at work place.
12. Training to contract manpower before allotting the work with respective safety and quality operations criticality.
13. Co-ordination with QA and QC to fulfill the production activities.
14. Attaining the duties as per the scheduled if any leaves shall be followed by proper communication system prior to the leave.
