• He/she’ll co-ordinate for Indirect procurement activities with site stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries, issue resolution,and performance evaluation.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement metrics, such as order cycle time, inventory levels, to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the procurement process, implementing best practices to streamline operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of indirect materials, working closely with inventory control teams to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
• Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Address any issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to understand material needs and production schedules.
  
• Address any on-site procurement issues and provide solutions to support uninterrupted plant operations.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams to manage material flow.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on procurement activities, inventory status, and supplier performance.
  

Qualifications
Qualification: Bachelors degree, Supply Chain Management
