Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
? Manage end-to-end recruitment, including creating job descriptions, sourcing
candidates, conducting interviews, and salary negotiations.
? Organize recruitment drives, including walk-ins, to attract top talent.
? Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including the preparation of offer letters
and employee induction.
2. HR Operations:
? Maintain HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, guidelines,service agreements, and contracts of employment.
? Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across all HR processes.
3. Administrative Support:
? Handle general office administration tasks to support smooth day-to-day
operations.
? Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and other administrative duties as
needed.
4. Proficiency in Tools:

? Demonstrate strong skills in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
? Write and manage professional email communications effectively.

Qualifications :
