Senior Experiential Designer & Visualizer

• Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message.
• Design layouts for websites, magazines, brochures, reports, and other publications, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects, ensuring that designs align with the companys branding guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Create prototypes and mockups for new design concepts, ensuring they meet the required specifications before final production.
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools to create high-quality designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to enhance the companys visual communication strategy.
  
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
• Design for both digital (web, social media, email campaigns) and print (flyers, posters, banners) platforms.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven 6-8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.
• Strong creative skills and the ability to think outside the box to produce innovative designs.
