Audit And Compliance Officer

Department: Quality?&?Compliance
Reports?to: Quality Assurance Manager / Senior?L&D
Job?Summary Own on?ground food?safety audits and compliance for our partner kitchens. You will inspect processes, enforce FSSAI?+ our SOPs, and close gaps fastkeeping every meal safe and consistent at scale.
Key?Responsibilities

• Plan and run scheduled / surprise audits on hygiene, infrastructure, storage, and process controls

• Score findings, issue CAPA reports, and track corrective actions to closure
• Train partner staff on GMP, GHP, HACCP, and our quality SOPs
• Update internal standards to reflect the latest FSSAI and global food?safety norms
• Publish weekly compliance dashboards and escalate critical risks promptly
  

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.Tech in Food Tech, Microbiology, Nutrition, or equivalent
• 02?yrs in food?quality, audit, or compliance (freshers with strong domain knowledge welcome)

• Willing to travel extensively for on?site audits
