Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the Business Development, Customer Experience, Brand Building and strategic direction of Planet Green Infra Pvt Ltd. The CEO will be responsible for shaping the companys vision, developing business strategies, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership to drive growth, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and cultivate stakeholder relationships while upholding the companys core values of sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand Planet Green Infras portfolio and reach
• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead senior management and department heads to foster a high-performance culture and promote professional development.
• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Accounts, HR, and Operations to achieve performance goals.
• Strategic Leadership: Set the companys strategic vision and lead its execution to ensure long-term profitability and sustainability.
• Sustainability Focus: Drive initiatives that align with the companys mission of promoting environmentally sustainable real estate and organic farming solutions.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure that the company adheres to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or senior executive role in real estate, infrastructure, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and sustainable business models, with a focus on farmland real estate and organic farming.
