Client Service Executive (AI Operations Annotator)

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Operations Annotator to join our team, contributing to the development of innovative AI technologies.Our ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring timely and superior quality in the deliverables we produce through our AI technology. This role demands a combination of discipline, analytical skills and business insight to ensure consistent on-time performance and delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Certification & Training: Complete a certification course in medical records annotation and earn accreditation within the required timeline.
• Annotation Tasks: Accurately annotate records daily, following all steps from initial annotation to timeline reviews.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high production standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
• Protocol Updates: Stay informed of changes in client protocols and incorporate them seamlessly into workflows.
• AI Tools Usage:
  
  Utilize advanced AI tools to optimize processes and achieve maximum efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Background:

• Graduate degree in B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing, B.Pharm/M.Pharm, or related fields (Nurses, Pharmacists, Therapists, Lab Technicians).

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, medical annotation, or a related field.
• Familiarity with hospital or clinical settings is advantageous.
