Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Data Annotation
• Use your healthcare expertise to annotate and label electronic health records, clinical notes, discharge summaries, and trial documentation with precision and care.
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to protocols across all annotations. Provide feedback and perform peer reviews to maintain high data standards.
• Process Improvement
• Collaborate with team leads to refine annotation guidelines, improve workflows, and implement process enhancements for greater efficiency.
• AI Tools & Technology

  Get Hired
  Work with advanced annotation tools (e.g., Doccano) and EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner). Basic understanding of SQL or data querying is a bonus.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ year of experience in of work experience in nursing/hospital/ annotation environment, US healthcare.
• Degree in Nursing (B.Sc./M.Sc.), BDS, B.Pharm/M.Pharm, or other healthcare-related field.
• Certifications in Medical Informatics, or Health IT are a plus.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Hands-on experience with annotation tools and EHR platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
• Bonus: Experience with SQL or data wrangling tools.
