About the Role:
Were looking for a certified Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems team and support the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring Salesforce is reliable, efficient, and user-friendly across the organization.
Youll work closely with the Business Systems Manager and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, manage data, and build automation solutions that help our business run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and helping teams get the most out of Salesforce.
Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
• 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Proven ability to manage support tickets and deliver timely solutions.
• Strong expertise in Flow Builder and declarative automation.
• Experience with data management, including imports, exports, and deduplication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.

• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations or middleware tools is a plus.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional reporting or analytics tools is a plus.
  

Responsibilities
Administration & Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related support tickets, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage user setup, permissions, and security settings.
• Maintain system integrity, data quality, and adherence to governance standards.
  

Solution Development & Testing

• Build and maintain Flow-based and declarative automation solutions to optimize business processes.
• Test and validate enhancements or fixes before deployment.

  Get Hired
  Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with stakeholders and documenting results.
  

Data Management

• Perform data imports, updates, deduplication, and cleansing.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce objects.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support team operations.
