Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling products.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company s offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Track and update customer interactions in the company database.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to support overall revenue growth and improve processes.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in marketing or business is a plus.
