We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Banquet Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating banquet sales, building client relationships, and ensuring successful event execution. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for banquet sales.
- Handle inquiries, conduct site visits, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and wedding organizers.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and finalize banquet sales agreements.
- Coordinate with the banquet and operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-event feedback.
- Maintain updated records of sales and clients in the CRM system.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in banquet or event sales (hotel experience preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
