Responsibilities
- Supervising Marshal and Crew, taking care of end to end Maintenance of all the Sports activities, Amenities, Infrastructure, and Equipments also update to reporting HOD
- Ensure all the customer had good experience and taking support from the sports staff.
- It is Supervisor responsible to keep the team member well-groomed and punctual keeping in mind the brand value of PLaY
- Responsible to plan an event or leagues or tournaments for allotted sports between the customer or taking support from the associates/partners.
- Ensure the staff allotted are effectively utilized on a daily basis.
- Responsible to train and brief Marshal and Crew how to enact if front of customer.
- Ensure all the customer are treated well and communicated or information or house rules have explained to customers while providing the equipments.
- Responsible to train Marshal and Crew to provide information to customers in a clam and patient manner.
- Supervisor has to capture the information or take complete booking details from Sales or GRE team and explain and brief the team one day before to avoid the confusion and to avoid issues on service and to conduct the same successfully.
- Responsible to maintain the records of the each and every booking with complete details in both hard and soft copy and has to update to HOD on weekly basis.
- Updating the stock details and the procurements sheet of all the purchases made for sports requirements and equipments monthly and taking through the same on weekly basis with the HOD.
- Ensure that maintaining the attendance of the students of revenue partners and follow up with the renewals.
- Ensure that all sports staff coordinate and complete the day to day work without having any hassles and issue between the team.
- Make the team to communicate or coordinate to avoid issues with the bookings.
- End to End training and proper coordination with the staff and housekeeping team ensuring the things should be done on a timely manner and in case of any support keep the HOD informed.

- Identify every technical and repair works and keep it informed to the HOD and getting it done with HOD approvals.
- Ensure that the team is completing all the maintenance work and maintaining the vicinity and infrastructure and the equipments in good condition taking housekeeping support.
