Job Description
- Manage client premium collections and remittance to insurers.
- Oversee brokerage commission tracking and follow-ups.
- Reconcile insurer statements and internal accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, and adjustments.
- Support reporting on receivables, payables, and commissions.
- 3+ years’ experience in an insurance brokerage or insurance accounts role.
- Clear understanding of premium flow, credit terms, and commission structures.
- Strong reconciliation and follow-up capability.
- Comfortable working with policy schedules, insurer statements, and payment trackers.
- Proficient Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
- Currently based in the UAE - candidates outside the UAE will not be considered.
- Fluent in English as this is a client facing role.
