What You ll Do

• Meet with clients virtually (via phone or Zoom) using warm, company-provided leads no cold calling!
• Help clients identify affordable life insurance solutions that meet their goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the application and approval process with clarity and care.
• Collaborate with your team and leadership through regular Zoom meetings and ongoing training sessions.

Get Hired
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in sales or customer service is a plus but no experience is required!
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Must be at least 18 years old, live in the U.S., and have valid work authorization.

Compensation & Growth

• Average first-year earnings range from $75,000 $90,000+, with top performers exceeding $140,000.
