Job Description
- Location: On-site Whitefield, Bangalore
- Role Type: Full-Time
- Youll be part of a high-performance fintech platform that is redefining how serious investors and traders interact with the markets. The product is built for active stock and options traders, integrating fast execution, real-time insights, and chart-centric workflows into an intuitive, modern experience.
- Backed by leading investors and driven by a strong product and engineering culture, the platform has seen meaningful traction and is entering a scale-up phase. The environment values speed, clarity, and craftsmanship giving designers real ownership of problems that directly impact users.
- Were hiring for a Finance Content Manager to own and scale our video and YouTube content charter. The role is for someone who thinks like a finance professional first, and a creator second.
- You will:
- Own video content strategy
- Approve scripts and videos produced by external agencies
- Ensure content is factually accurate, YouTube-optimized, and on-brand
- Act as the final gatekeeper for all finance content
- Over time, this will expand into managerial and strategy roles.
- Own the end-to-end video content strategy, with YouTube as the primary channel
- Approve videos daily from external agencies (scripts + final videos)
- Ensure content is:
- Factually correct (stocks, F&O, markets)
- Aligned with brand tone and style guide
- Optimized for YouTube formats and performance
- Define topics, formats, and content direction for agency partners
- Independently create or drive time-sensitive market content (e.g., major stock moves, breaking market news)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on content priorities and planning
- Support early-stage website/blog content when needed (basic CMS usage; Strapi)
- Gradually take ownership of content performance metrics and budgets
What Were Looking For (Skills and Experience)
- Deep understanding of stocks and derivatives (F&O) finance knowledge must be instinctive, not something you research from scratch
- 45 years of experience creating or managing finance content
- Proven professional experience with leading fintech platforms OR finance media organizations.
- Clear proof of work covering stocks, markets, or derivatives.
- Strong experience with video content and YouTube
- Understanding of what works on YouTube (hooks, pacing, storytelling)

- Twitter video content experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable reviewing, editing, and approving video scripts
- Flexible across formats: news, explainers, short videos, long-form
- Excellent English proficiency
- Familiarity with content analytics and performance tracking
- On-camera experience or comfort representing the brand
- Interest or exposure to podcasts
- Basic SEO understanding
- Experience working with agencies
- Own the entire video content charter for a fintech brand
- High visibility and impact on brand credibility
- Clear growth path into managerial and strategy
- Work directly on content that influences trader and investor decisions
