About The Client
Were supporting a Dubai-based business services firm that works with global entrepreneurs, SMEs, and HNI clients to help them set up and scale businesses in the UAE. Their services include company incorporation, tax consulting, VAT registration, compliance, and ongoing advisory.
The firm is expanding its sales team and is looking for professionals who can own conversations, close deals, and work with international clients.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys managing the entire sales cyclefrom first interaction to closure. Youll work with new and pre-qualified inbound leads, understand client needs, and recommend the right service offerings in coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Convert new and pre-qualified inbound leads into closed deals
  • Engage with HNI clients and business owners exploring UAE incorporation and tax services
  • Identify client requirements and pitch relevant service packages
  • Coordinate with solutions, marketing, and leadership teams to close opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and follow-ups using Salesforce or Zoho CRM
  • Meet monthly revenue and closure targets
  • Handle conversations across UK, India, and Germany markets
  • Develop working knowledge of UAE business setup and compliance processes
Candidate Requirements

    Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in BFSI, financial consulting, or services sales
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders / HNI clients
  • Demonstrated deal-closing ownership
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Zoho CRM
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Willingness to work onsite from Gurugram, 6 days a week
