Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Target Achievement : Responsible for planning, setting, and achieving volume, disbursement, and revenue targets for BBG products (Working Capital, Term Loan) within the assigned zone.
- Team Leadership : Supervise, train, and mentor Branch Sales Managers (BSMs) and regional sales teams to boost performance and productivity.
- Portfolio Management : Oversee and manage the existing portfolio of BBG/Working Capital customers.
- Credit & Risk Assessment : Possess deep knowledge of credit assessment, working capital products (Cash Credit/Overdraft/Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee), and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.

- Operational Control : Monitor branch operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and mitigate sales and operational risks.
- Documentation Oversight : Ensure proper, timely documentation for disbursements, including legal, technical, and stamp duty requirements.
