Vice President - Human Resource - NBFC

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Vice President - Human Resources to lead the HR function for a growing NBFC. The role will be responsible for developing and executing the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives and growth plans, while building a high-performance, engaged, and inclusive workforce.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience across HR strategy, talent acquisition, HR operations, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development, preferably within the NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational growth plans.
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and people-related priorities.
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy for corporate, branch, sales, and functional roles.
- Build scalable recruitment processes and strengthen recruitment operations to support rapid business expansion.

- Develop workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management frameworks.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Establish and strengthen HR policies, processes, systems, and governance frameworks.
- Lead HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, employee relations, and exits.
- Develop and implement effective performance management and rewards & recognition programs.
- Drive leadership development and build a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement relevant learning and development programs.
- Develop strategies to improve employee productivity, engagement, and retention across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Leverage HR technology, analytics, and data-driven insights to improve HR effectiveness and decision-making.
- Lead organizational culture initiatives and promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
- Manage and mentor the HR leadership team and build a high-performing HR function.
- Provide regular HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and strategic recommendations to the senior management team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven senior-level HR leadership experience, preferably within an NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or other large-scale organization.
- Strong experience in developing and executing HR strategy aligned with business growth.
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, and HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Experience managing HR teams across multiple locations and business functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
