Zonal Sales Manager - Housing Loan - South

JOB SUMMARY:
Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Monitoring Branches and setting targets for them. Strategic Planning for business and achieving targets. Overall responsible for planning and achieving targets for the Zone.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for Revenue through Business Development and Penetration of Branches across zone.
- Trading with 100 % compliance and more importantly protecting the company's interest and security.
- Heading the zone for DST & DSA business.
- Setting up Branches and developing teams with a strong retention plan since the work demands special skills and HIGH INTEGRITY
- Budgeting & achieving business targets.
- Responsible for Business development & expand clientele base across region.
- Managing a team, monitoring performance & development of people
