Life Insurance Customer Service Representative

What role you will play in team: You'll be the voice of PNB MetLife, providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

What you will do: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve policy-related issues, provide information on products and services, and maintain accurate records.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred
