Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability of branch locations
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that all branches adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics
• Provide guidance and support to branch managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to branch managers and staff

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork and individual growth within the branch locations
• Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) or PR activities to increase footfall and brand visibility.
• Conduct internal training sessions for the sales staff, covering product knowledge, grooming, new launch schemes, and competitor analysis.
• Ensure all SOPs are followed at branches

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods and jewelry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff members.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
