Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of various departments to ensure efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include managing back-office operations, project finance, internal audits, payroll management, and ERP implementation. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad. The Operations Manager will coordinate between different teams to streamline processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Qualifications
- Experience in Back Office Operations, and Payroll Management
- Skills in System Analysis, Business Analysis, and ERP Implementation
- Knowledge of Internal Controls, and Internal Audits
- Proficiency in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Tax Compliances
- Project Management and Project Finance capabilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
