What role you will play in team: Responsible for full-cycle recruitment across Podar Education Network's various schools and institutions.

What you will do: Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for teaching and administrative roles.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for various roles.
• Source candidates using various methods including online job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.
  
• Coordinate reference checks and background verification.
• Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
