Job Overview

Podar Education Network is seeking a Junior Stem Faculty in Robotics for a Full-Time position at our Hassan location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in the field. This role requires strong expertise in STEM education and a commitment to inspiring and mentoring students in robotics and related technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Stem expertise is mandatory, ensuring a deep understanding and ability to teach core STEM subjects effectively (Mandatory skill).
  
• Experience in curriculum design to create engaging and innovative STEM learning experiences suited for diverse platforms.
• Proficiency in instructional technology to integrate digital tools and resources for enhanced student learning experiences.
• Substantial laboratory experience to manage and deliver practical experiments and reinforce theoretical knowledge.
• Strong mentorship and advising skills to guide students in academic and extracurricular activities and foster their growth.
• Expertise in STEM program assessment to evaluate student progress and the effectiveness of the teaching methodologies.
• A Masters degree in Computer Applications (MCA) showcasing advanced capability in technical and computer-related subjects.
• Solid understanding of educational best practices to apply in teaching and facilitating a positive learning environment.

• Design and implement innovative STEM curriculum and lesson plans focused on robotics for primary and secondary students.
• Foster an engaging and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity in robotics.
• Conduct practical laboratory sessions, ensuring student safety and enhancing hands-on learning experiences in robotics.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them develop their skills and a passion for STEM disciplines.
• Collaborate with educational staff to continuously improve robotics curriculum and integrate latest technological advancements.
• Assess and evaluate students progress in STEM subjects, tailoring instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
