Job Description

Role Overview:
You will be joining the Bharatsure team as a Quote Procurement Associate, where your primary responsibility will be to create accurate quotations and RFQs for our client-facing operations in the insurance sector. Your role will involve preparing quotes, engaging with clients, and ensuring a smooth procurement process through exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and manage the creation of quotes and Request for Quotations (RFQs) in a timely and accurate manner.

- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, presenting quotations clearly and professionally, and addressing any related queries.
- Skillfully negotiate pricing and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, perform mental calculations, and generate reports on quote status and performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and operations teams to align on client needs and procurement strategies.
Qualification Required:

- Prior experience in the insurance sector is mandatory, with experience in making quotes or RFQs being essential.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are necessary.
- Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and possess excellent mental calculation abilities.
