Job Overview :
Candidate will be required to drive effectiveness through strategic thinking and campaign management across CRM channels like App, Email, SMS and WhatsApp for all verticals of Policybazaar’s insurance portfolio. Responsibilities and Duties ● Getting in depth understanding of all the insurance segments in the category. ● Strategic deep dive of customer journeys across insurances to identify all possible touchpoints. ● Understand nuances of platforms under CRM channels and best practices. ● Work with the content teams to get the right messaging that fits best for each platform. ● Work with multiple stakeholders across businesses to identify the right customer segments and the relevant messaging for the user across the CRM channels. ● Manage campaigns and track efficiency of these for the respective business that is handled. Qualifications ● Undergraduate/Post-graduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field ● Experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, Growth Marketing, Revenue Planning, and Management
