Job Description

What role you will play in team: Provide exceptional customer service to clients inquiring about general insurance policies via phone and email.

What you will do: Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and guide them through the policy purchasing process, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibility:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about general insurance policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist customers with the purchase of insurance policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams as needed.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in customer service (preferred).
