Information Security Leader

Were hiring an Information Security Leader to join one of the companies within PB Fintech group.

We are looking for a seasoned security professional with 12–15 years of experience to lead and scale enterprise security programs in a fast-paced digital and regulated environment. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, strategic vision, execution capability, governance expertise, regulatory understanding, innovation mindset, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the organizations Information Security and Cyber Risk strategy aligned with business objectives.
• 
  Lead enterprise-wide Information Security Governance, risk management, policy, and compliance initiatives.
• Build strong board-level visibility and alignment on security posture, priorities, governance maturity, and enterprise risk themes.
• Provide leadership and direction across security functions while enabling business growth and technology transformation.
• Collaborate extensively with DevSecOps, Engineering, IT Operations, Cloud, Product, Privacy, Audit, and Business teams.
• Drive adoption of AI-led security capabilities, intelligent automation, and next-generation security technologies.
• Lead new security initiatives across cloud security, application security, infrastructure security, data protection, and cyber resilience.
• Strengthen security operations through automation, proactive threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and security assurance programs.
• Ensure alignment with applicable regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Foster a strong security culture through awareness, enablement, accountability, and business partnership.

Ideal Profile:

• 12–15 years of experience in Information Security / Cybersecurity leadership roles.
• Strong exposure to Information Security Governance, security strategy, cyber risk management, and enterprise security operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving organization-wide security initiatives.
• Experience driving security transformation, automation, and modern security programs.
• Good understanding of emerging technologies including AI-driven security controls, cloud-native security, DevSecOps, and enterprise security architecture.
• Experience working in regulated environments with exposure to regulatory and audit engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work closely with senior leadership and board-level forums.
• Prior experience in fintech, insurtechs, internet, SaaS, or large-scale digital organizations is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, etc. are preferred.
