Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Intern to support the Central HR team with backend operations, MIS reporting, and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to HR processes, data management, and coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR MIS trackers (hiring, onboarding, attrition, employee data, etc.).
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
• Support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation (offer letters, confirmation letters, policy documents, etc.).
• Ensure proper filing and data accuracy in internal systems and shared drives.
• Coordinate with HRBPs and other stakeholders for data validation and updates.

• Assist in audits and compliance-related documentation when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred).
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
