Claims Analyst - Life Insurance

What role you will play in team: You will be a vital member of our Claims team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of life insurance claims. Your work ensures policyholders receive the benefits they are entitled to.

What you will do: You will review claim applications, verify documentation, and assess the validity of claims according to policy terms and conditions. Accurate and efficient claim processing is your primary responsibility.

Key responsibility:

• Reviewing life insurance claim applications and supporting documentation.
• Verifying the accuracy of information provided in claim applications.
• Assessing the validity of claims against policy terms and conditions.
• Communicating with policyholders and beneficiaries regarding the status of their claims.
• 
  Preparing and processing claim payments.
• Maintaining accurate records of claim transactions.
• Identifying and reporting any potential fraud or irregularities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Insurance, Finance, Business Administration).
• 0-1 year of experience in claims processing (preferred, but not required).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
