Finance Manager/ Consultant - Remote, Contract

Role Description

This is a contract position for a Finance Manager, who shallown & supervise finance + legal compliances end-to-end.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise accounting & month-end close readiness

• Oversee reporting: monthly P&L, cash, key ratios.
• Manage a statutory compliance calendar; ensure inputs, reviews, and on-time submissions.
• Coordinate and review outputs from accounting/compliance vendors; ensure accuracy and timelines.
• Set up lightweight controls (payments, approvals, reimbursements, vendor onboarding, record-keeping).
• Maintain and review key contracts/templates (vendor, freelancer/consultant, NDA) and track renewals.

  Get Hired
• Oversee & Co-ordinate legal formalities (IP, Contracts, Disclaimers)and documentation with external counsel. Ensure completeness and consistency

What were looking for

• Someone with extensive understanding of finance/accounting/ legal compliances.
• CA preferred, MBA Finance/strong hands-on works too.
• Minimum Experience- For CAs 1+ years . For other Finance professionals 3+ years.
• Strong ownership and structured follow-ups approach
