???? Position: External Member Internal Committee (POSH Act, 2013)

???? Location: Mumbai

???? Engagement Type: Full-time/Consulting basis

As an External Member, you will be responsible for supporting organizations in upholding a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free work environment by participating in complaint redressal, offering guidance on due process, and ensuring legal compliance.

? Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 510 years of experience in law, social work, human rights, womens rights, or workplace safety.

Prior experience in handling POSH inquiries or acting as an External Member (preferred).

Strong knowledge of POSH Act, 2013 and practical experience with IC proceedings.

Excellent judgment, neutrality, and written communication skills.
