Career Path
This role will expose candidates to acquire skills in Marketing. Candidates will familiarize themselves
with marketing processes through digital and offline channels. High-performing candidates will have
a career path leading to specialized roles in Operations or Business Management.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal teams and global stakeholders across India, Singapore, Middle East,
UK, and US.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, webinars,
digital events, and partner campaigns.
• Support persona-based targeting, customer segmentation, and lead generation initiatives
across geographies.
• Manage and maintain marketing automation and CRM platforms (Zoho, Mautic or similar
tools).
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical teams, and partners (OEMs, distributors) to align
campaigns with business goals.
• Own campaign execution calendars, follow-ups, and nurture workflows for lead conversion
and meeting generation.
• Track KPIs such as open rates, CTR, leads, meetings, pipeline impact, and ROI; generate
weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Contribute to content creation including email templates, landing pages, surveys, quizzes,
and webinar promotions.
• Experiment with creative and out-of-the-box campaign ideas to improve engagement and
results.

Skills, Experience & Education
• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields (graduates from 2025
onwards preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret campaign and marketing
data.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in digital marketing channels – email marketing,
social media, SEO, website, and lead generation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (data analysis, reports, dashboards).
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Zoho, Mautic, or similar is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and cross-functional coordination effectively.
• Curious mindset with willingness to learn B2B marketing, cybersecurity, cloud, and
enterprise technology domains.
Employment Details:
• Full-time position based out of our Chennai office
• Minimum commitment of 40 hours per week
• Training period ranging from 6 to 9 months
• Stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month during the training program
• Upon successful completion, eligible for absorption as a permanent employee, subject to selection
criteria and recruitment process.
