Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and track government tenders (GeM, e-procurement portals, etc.)
- Prepare and submit tender documents. (technical and commercial)
- Handle complete bid management process from identification to submission.
- Liaise with government departments, consultants, and authorities.
- Develop business in WTP, STP and Pumping Station projects.
- Manage SITC-based project execution coordination.
- Analyze tender requirements and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate internally with engineering, procurement, and execution teams.
- Build strong relationships with government bodies and stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile:
Experience: 5 to 10 Years (Minimum 3 to 5 years in Government Tendering).
Industry Exposure: WTP / STP / Pumping / Infrastructure
Education:
- Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical (Preferred)

- Strong knowledge of tendering process and documentation.
- Experience in SITC projects (Electrical & Mechanical).
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with GeM / Government portals is a must.
Required Primary Skills Business Development , Client relations, Client visit, negotiations, Project close, Techno- commercial understanding, Technical understanding of projects, services and solutions.
Required Secondary Skills Tendering Process and documentation , Industry exposure of WTP and STP.
Salary up to 12 LPA based on experience and current salary.
