General Manager

Responsibilities -

• Responsible for achieving company revenue and profitability targets as per management requirements.
• In-charge of complete operations of company.
• Management of day-to-day activities, admin and other tasks including management of various agencies.
• Overall responsibility of all factories and branches of company.
• Preferable experience in plastics manufacturing industry or foam manufacturing industry.
• Experience - Sales or marketing or factory operations background.
• Responsible for achieving company revenue and profitability targets as per management requirements.

• Management of day-to-day activities, admin and other tasks including management of various agencies.
• Responsible of all factories and branches of company.
• Strong leadership and management skills and experience required.

Position- General Manager.

Age - between 37-50 years .

Education - B.E./ B.Tech or equivalent.

Experience - Preferable if has experience in Tanzania in management position.

Languages - English and Swahili preferable.

Background:

- Preferable from sales or marketing background.

- Strong leadership and management skills and experience required.

Salary (take-home) - Flexible depending on candidate experience.
