Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve and exceed sales budgets and margin targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the protective coatings market.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Technical Expertise:
- Understand and interpret technical specifications related to protective coatings.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers, ensuring they select the appropriate products for their needs.
- Prepare and present quotations based on customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achievement of sales budget and margin targets.
- Timely collection of payments.
- Customer acquisition and retention rates.
- Accuracy and timeliness of quotations and technical support.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the sale of protective coatings in ME
- Strong understanding of technical specifications and the ability to provide accurate quotations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
